AN INTEGRATED

STATE OF THE ART

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY

Established since 2000 YOTOV STONE

has emerged through the times to develop

into an Integrated Natural Stone

Industrial Facility.

3 QUARRIES. ONE FACTORY.

With every tide of the times YOTOV STONE PLC., has grown rapidly to encounter the demands of the local and international markets. Ever since its inception, year by year, the company grew and managed to develop into an Integrated Industrial Facility. And every time we completed a new phase, another idea nurtured our minds - an array of ideas to position our company on the challenging international arena. All of our clients and customers could witness either the installation of a new high-end cutting machine, some new equipment, or the completion of a building with our Natural Stone.

And here it is - the Highest-end technological equipment from BM (Italy), Pedrini (Italy), Pelegrini (Italy), Sasso (Italy), Ferrari & Cigarini (Italy), Rosler (Italy), Lovato (Italy) among others, a modern office building and a recently installed new ERP System to effectively renovate our Supply Chain to perfection.

YOTOV STONE PLC. has been in the quarrying and Natural Stone processing business for two decades. Through the years we have managed to establish the company as a reliable, trusted trademark and a branded international supplier of Vratza Limestone with a wide variety of surface finishes. Our recent endeavors led us to acquire the concessions of two more quarries in Bulgaria and we are happy to enter the global supply of Sandstone and our Perlato di Mare (Perlato Limestone).

We deliver Blocks, Slabs and Cut-to-Size profiles to any parts of the World. With international benchmarks on all qualities, our creamy-beige Vratza Limestone R1 steals the show. During the recent years our client list has come to include customers from many countries within the EU - Germany, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Romania, France, The Netherlands. The UK, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus, India, and the U.S. are others.

 OUR NATURAL STONES

MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE

A uniform creamy-beige pattern covers the entire surface. With great physical characteristics compared to most types of limestone, our Vratza Limestone is used widely for paving, cladding and other construction projects. A great choice

for external, as well as interior use.

A canvas texture of a darker beige - tobacco color, covers the surface. A natural stone of exceptional strength and endurance. Our sandstone is very frost-resistant and has

a low level of water permeability.

Pitted holes and troughs occur naturally over the surface and suggest an ancient, unique surface pattern. Our Perlato surface is covered with quality resins and is polished to a smooth, shiny finish. A variety of colors create unique swirls and movements that give the Perlato Limestone its distinctive character.

GLIMPSE A FEW OF OUR LANDMARKS

We accept many things in today's urban edifice for granted, not realizing their origin,

presence, or value. Many construction materials that make up our modern

material world fall into this almost inherent category.

CORPORATE VIDEO

We are strongly committed to protecting the environment and developing methods for recycling waste materials. Besides, we aim to reduce energy consumption in our natural stone production facilities

to achieve more energy efficiency. Recently we built a modern WWTP to manage our water

and are constantly reinvesting in this area.
